My husband passed away on Dec. 24, 2024. In the midst of overwhelming grief and sorrow, Mike, Joe, and Spencer provided much needed support, guidance, and sympathy. I only had contact with Spencer as we did not have a service at the funeral home for my sister. Spencer was BEYOND helpful and kind! She was exceptional! I cannot thank her enough for getting us through a very difficult time in a very caring and compassionate manner. She attended to my nephew (who is mentally challenged) by including him in the entire process. It made him feel like he made the decisions for his mom! She was patient with him and let him take his time in making choices. Reinsel's is blessed to have her on their staff!!!

The Reinsel family has been a blessing for many. They have handled both of my grandparents' funerals and, most recently, my father's. When my father passed, Mike went above and beyond to do whatever he could to help my family. He made a very difficult, heartbreaking experience much easier than I ever expected, and I am more than grateful for that.

The family at the funeral home was amazing. They took time to listen to our needs and even filled urn necklaces for us after he was cremated. Jeremy warnick's family is forever grateful for the help and sensitivity they shown us. I would recommend them always. They are the fastest and most affordable with the highest level of compassion of any funeral home in the area. They took care of life insurance forms and everything at a time when I was not able to. Michael Reinsel was a great help with my mother in law when she passed. He made it easier on us as we had to go through everything and make all the phone calls. Michael is very professional and I would highly recommend anyone to contact Michael when the time comes.
